"Dr Curt as I call him is the best. I have deleted my settings for my hearings aids multiple times and he knows the phone settings and every kind of hearing aid bc i have multiple brands. I have a specific kind of hearing loss where i cannot hear suoer high pitched sounds/frequencies and he solved my issue w inner ear hearing aids by Signia. Germans don't just make great cars !

Anyway, besides being great with pricing amd working w me onl hearing aids that i needed, he is always there forr me and even met me on a Saturday when i had a client neeting and i had screwed up one of my hearing aids.

His assistant and office manager is also nice and wonderful and always knows what i need.

Lastly, i changed to.Dr Curt after having a few bad experiences with assembly line places and you would leave hearing good then 2 days later something isnt working correctly and they can't see you for a week or flat out don't return your calls, even after you made such a large purchase! Then you find out you have 2 years ago tech at today's prices! 🙄

So, overall 10 stars out of 5!!!!!

I recently tried the demo and then purchased the brand new Siemens hearing instrument offered at the Chappell Hearing Center. After 20 years of trying to hear better, it is the first instrument that is truly a Hearing Aid instead of a sound amplifier. I'm now hearing better than I have in decades and can enjoy wearing the Siemens instruments most all day whereas before I would wear my prior product just a few hours a week.
