When you visit us for your hearing needs, you will always be greeted by Autumn Chappell. Autumn will make you feel welcomed and assist you with any paperwork.

• The hearing examination will be performed by our hearing specialist, Kurt Chappell. He will begin the appointment with a conversation to get to know you and understand your hearing needs.
  
• Before the testing begins, we will need to look inside your ears with an otoscope to ensure the ear canal is clear and your eardrum looks healthy.
  
• The hearing test is quick and easy. You will listen for a series of sounds at various volumes and pitches. This allows us to assess your hearing ability and determine what degree of loss you have.
  
• We will go over your results with you, which are printed on an audiogram. If you could be helped by hearing aids, we will walk you through your options.
