My wife and I have gone here for years. The level of care and service is outstanding. Kurt and Autumn really care about... the customers experience. Kurt "listens" to the hearing scenarios you're faced with daily. I work in a noisy environment, Kurt listened to my struggles and he was able to create an application for my hearing from aids that I can use at work.read more

Been going here for a couple of years. Very caring, take the time to answer all my questions and make sure my hearing... aids were set perfectly. Pricing was better than others places I had talked to. Can't say anything negative at all, great place to go and sending my other family members there.read more

Bad earwax savior! Kindness and gentleness, along with true professionalism best describes Kurt and Amber in their... husband-wife duo team. I HATE when people touch the inside of my ears! I have been wearing hearing aid for over 14 years. Kurt and Autumn Chappell have taken care of me since 2008 when I... was 48 years old. I am on my 3rd set of hearing aid devices. As the years have gone by, technology has improved and with Kurt's experiences and knowledge I continue to trust and value his recommendations on what will work best for me. Highly recommend Chappell hearing.They are very honest.The office is warm and friendly.The office is very... clean.Calls are always returned.They are very proactive.If there is any type of issues you are promptly called.They do their home work and are cutting edge.If they don’t know they find out while you are sitting there.They are kind and care about you.They remember you and your issues.I felt listened to, I felt understood and I felt confident with my care.All my questions were answered in a way I could understand them.There was not rushing me to get me out of the door when I was their in person.There was no rushing me on the phone.Kurt and Autumn are good people. They are caring and kind. They love what they do.It’s not about the money. It’s about service.I had bad experiences trying to get hearing aids.So bad that I put off getting them for over a year.Was sold the wrong kind and returned them.They were actually painful.I now have the perfect hearing aids. From the moment you walk into this office, you are met with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere that instantly makes you... feel comfortable. Autumn will greet you with kindess and professionalism which quickly puts you at ease. You will notice displayed on the wall photos of mission excursions Dr. Chappell has participated with Operation Go Quickly where he has graciously given of his time and resources to serve the less fortunate who have expereinced hearing loss. Once you meet Dr. Chappell, it's like meeting an old friend. He performs a thorough examination, careful to explain everything in understandable terms, and makes his diagnosis. Once fitted with the hearing device, his followup services are available for questions or concerns. He truly cares about the quality of life of each patient. The owners sent out a rebate check to my deceased mother for $950, which I received this afternoon (7/20/19), probably... through a marketing agency that never looked into the fact that she was deceased. She passed away in 2017. It was the typical marketing con-job that is often used to bilk the elderly out of their money. Therefore, a word to the wise regarding Chappell Hearing Care Center, since this is not likely the first time it has consulted with the marketing agency to show how much they "care" about the general public, would be caveat emptor! Buyer beware!read more

I've gone to see Kurt and Autumn for years now since I've had to use hearing aides. Never have I had a problem getting... in for an appointment and Kurt has stayed late if needed. Very accessible for anyone's schedule and I so appreciate that. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I love my hearing aides. Won't go anywhere else! Kurt Chappell is the most passionate hearing aid professional I've ever met. He takes all the time it requires to... match hearing aids and hearing technologies to the needs of his patients, and he provides time for his patients to test the hearing aids at home and on the job. There may be other good hearing aids companies in the Fort Worth area, but surely there are no others that match Kurt's attention to the details that matter.
