Highly recommend Chappell hearing.They are very honest.The office is warm and friendly.The office is very... clean.Calls are always returned.They are very proactive.If there is any type of issues you are promptly called.They do their home work and are cutting edge.If they don’t know they find out while you are sitting there.They are kind and care about you.They remember you and your issues.I felt listened to, I felt understood and I felt confident with my care.All my questions were answered in a way I could understand them.There was not rushing me to get me out of the door when I was their in person.There was no rushing me on the phone.Kurt and Autumn are good people. Autumn will greet you with kindess and professionalism which quickly puts you at ease. You will notice displayed on the wall photos of mission excursions Dr. Chappell has participated with Operation Go Quickly where he has graciously given of his time and resources to serve the less fortunate who have expereinced hearing loss. Once you meet Dr. Chappell, it's like meeting an old friend. He performs a thorough examination, careful to explain everything in understandable terms, and makes his diagnosis. Once fitted with the hearing device, his followup services are available for questions or concerns. He truly cares about the quality of life of each patient. The owners sent out a rebate check to my deceased mother for $950, which I received this afternoon (7/20/19), probably... through a marketing agency that never looked into the fact that she was deceased. She passed away in 2017. It was the typical marketing con-job that is often used to bilk the elderly out of their money. Therefore, a word to the wise regarding Chappell Hearing Care Center, since this is not likely the first time it has consulted with the marketing agency to show how much they "care" about the general public, would be caveat emptor! Buyer beware!read more

I've gone to see Kurt and Autumn for years now since I've had to use hearing aides. Never have I had a problem getting... in for an appointment and Kurt has stayed late if needed. Kurt Chappell is the most passionate hearing aid professional I've ever met.
