Highly recommend Chappell hearing.They are very honest.The office is warm and friendly.The office is very... clean.Calls are always returned.They are very proactive.If there is any type of issues you are promptly called.They do their home work and are cutting edge.If they don’t know they find out while you are sitting there.They are kind and care about you.They remember you and your issues.I felt listened to, I felt understood and I felt confident with my care.All my questions were answered in a way I could understand them.There was not rushing me to get me out of the door when I was their in person.There was no rushing me on the phone.Kurt and Autumn are good people. They are caring and kind. They love what they do.It’s not about the money. The owners sent out a rebate check to my deceased mother for $950, which I received this afternoon (7/20/19), probably... through a marketing agency that never looked into the fact that she was deceased. She passed away in 2017. It was the typical marketing con-job that is often used to bilk the elderly out of their money. Therefore, a word to the wise regarding Chappell Hearing Care Center, since this is not likely the first time it has consulted with the marketing agency to show how much they "care" about the general public, would be caveat emptor! Buyer beware!read more

I've gone to see Kurt and Autumn for years now since I've had to use hearing aides. Never have I had a problem getting... in for an appointment and Kurt has stayed late if needed. Very accessible for anyone's schedule and I so appreciate that. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I love my hearing aides. Won't go anywhere else! Kurt Chappell is the most passionate hearing aid professional I've ever met.
